Max Higgins
is a New York City based comedian.
He’s made a little name for himself telling stories about growing up strangely (the Underdog), life as a transgender man, and having a thing for your dad.
His neo-traditional approach to standup pairs quick pace, density, and concision with the best story told at the dinner table. Max brings an unrelenting detail-oriented approach (one best described as academic) to topics such as 80s movie bad guys, the rise and fall of Julius Caesar, and why that guy was mean to him at the bar one time. He’s the dummies intellectual and a clear disciple of his word-heavy narrative-driven comedy heroes.
Max has a way of making the strange familiar. He’s confident he could talk to any room of any people, and well… he’s gonna try.
You’ve seen him at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, New York Comedy Festival and opening for the likes of Chris Gethard, Randy Feltface, and Kurt Braunohler.
Max frequents the road due to his love of adventure and undying love for the craft. Catch him across the country:
